Give yourself a whole delicious Sunday morning for reconnecting to your embodied self. Each class will be centered around a part of the body or a principle of body mechanics. After a 2 1/2hour class participants will feel like they just received the best ever therapeutic massage. Handouts will be given to encourage continued practice.
