This class invites participants to explore and cultivate expression through the integration of voice and movement. The day begins with hands-on practices, using palpation and manual therapy techniques to release tension in the jaw, throat, cranium, and face, creating a freer and more resonant voice. These preparatory techniques support a deeper connection between body, breath, and sound, allowing expression to flow with greater ease and authenticity.
Building on this foundation, we will integrate concepts from the broader eight-month training, exploring the many layered avenues of expression through art, song, and dance. Participants will experiment with combining movement and vocal improvisation, discovering how integrative embodiment can enhance presence, communication, and creativity. By the end of the day, students will leave with practical tools for unlocking expressive potentials.
